The Big Game – February 3rd
There will be no shortage of places to watch the New England Patriots versus the Los Angeles Rams in the big game on February 3rd. Join in the festivities at one of the numerous South Lake Tahoe sports bars throughout town along with fellow football fans, with most bars and restaurants will be offering game day food and drink specials.
Camp Rich Snowshoe Cocktail Races – February 16th, March 16th & 30th
Think you have what it takes to run with a full cocktail tray in hand through obstacles up and down the beach at The Beacon Bar & Grill while wearing snowshoes? Join in the fun of the snowshoe cocktail races! Contest entry is free, and The Beacon will be offering food and drink specials. Bring your friends and family to watch the hilarious merriment!
Full Moon Snowshoe Tours – February 16th & March 16th
Few experiences are as magical as snowshoeing by the light of a full moon along the snow-covered Tahoe shore. Located in Sugar Pine Point State Park at the Hellman-Ehrman Mansion, visitors can enjoy an hour an half long hike (and a beginner’s clinic for 30 minutes prior to the hike). The cost includes snowshoe rentals, park entrance, guided hike, and guaranteed fun!
Tahoe Axe Throwing – Daily
Test your strength and accuracy with the recently popular activity of axe throwing. Located near the downtown Stateline area, Tahoe Axe Throwing offers visitors this exhilarating activity in one- or two-hour sessions. Reservations are required for weekdays, and recommended for weekends (Friday to Sunday). Walk-ins are welcome Friday to Sunday. A fun and competitive activity for a group or bachelor party!
Rock Climbing at Blue Granite Climbing Gym – Daily
New to the South Shore, Blue Granite Climbing Gym offers a family-friendly climbing facility to both locals and visitors. Enjoy the newly constructed facilities and fun atmosphere, catering to all levels of experience. Some of the services they offer are: climbing classes, yoga and fitness, groups and parties, and youth programs.
