The remaining three bedrooms all feature comfortable full-sized beds.
Outside the home, there is a large fenced backyard, perfect for the kids to play around in during any season. There is also an attached garage and large driveway for additional parking.
In the Heart of South Lake Tahoe
From this great location you will be ten minutes to the nearest beach, downtown, and the casinos at the state line. During the warmer months, enjoy riding your bike on the well-maintained trails that go through the Truckee Meadows and to the Tahoe Keys, or the other direction to El Dorado Beach and Lakeview Commons. If you are up for a longer bike ride, it is very easy to get to Camp Richardson via the bike trail, where you can enjoy rum runners, boat rentals, and live music!
During the winter, you are only twelve minutes from Heavenly Mountain Resort’s California Main Lodge. Other ski resorts are nearby; Kirkwood Mountain Resort is approximately 50 minutes away, and Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort is only 26 minutes.
